The technology portfolio also includes X3 and XS Automated X-Ray systems, the Assure Pro Component Counter, 4800 Integra Bond Tester and Gen 7 Acoustic system.

For semiconductor applications specifically, visitors can experience WaferSense wireless real-time metrology sensors, which are designed to support semiconductor equipment setup and maintenance.
