Through Beam Photoelectric Sensors, also known as “Through-Beam Sensors” or “Diffuse Reflection Sensors,” are a type of optical sensor used in automation and control applications. They are typically used to detect the presence or absence of an object by sending a beam of light (usually infrared or visible) from a transmitter to a receiver.
